Steven J. Thompson Esq.

Steve Thompson is an associate at Ferrer Shane.  Mr. Thompson began with the firm shortly after his graduation from law school in 2007.  Since that time, Mr. Thompson has become a competent litigator, having been involved in the litigation, negotiation, and settlement of a wide variety of personal injury matters including automobile accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.  Mr. Thompson also manages the majority of the firm's foreclosure defense litigation cases.

Mr. Thompson attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida on a three year scholarship.  A hard worker, during his time at St. Thomas University School of Law, Mr. Thompson gained invaluable experience in the In-House Counsel Department of a large national insurance company, gaining an insurance company's perspective on personal injury litigation.

While pursuing his undergraduate degree on a four year scholarship at Towson University in Towson, Maryland, Mr. Thompson frequented the Dean's List, and graduated in 2003.  Mr. Thompson is originally from Toms River, New Jersey, and, in addition to being a member of The Florida Bar, he is currently pending admission to the New Jersey Bar.
